2. Can I preview my logo on a product before ordering?
Yes. Select “Preview Your Logo” on an eligible product page to upload your logo and see a virtual representation of your branding. The preview is a visual guide only. Final logo positioning, colours, dimensions and decoration methods are confirmed during artwork approval.
3. Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes. You can upload your logo through the preview feature where available, or provide artwork when requesting a quote. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or vector PDF is preferred for production. Our team can advise if your artwork requires preparation.
4. Is the online logo preview an approved production proof?
No. The virtual preview helps you visualise your branding but is not a final production proof. M8KE will confirm the appropriate branding method, artwork specifications and production details before manufacturing.
5. What branding methods do you offer?
Depending on the product and design, M8KE can arrange embroidery, screen printing, premium heat transfers, digital printing and other specialised branding methods. We'll recommend an appropriate solution based on the artwork, material, quantity and intended use.
6. Is there a minimum order quantity?

8. Can you match our corporate or university brand colours?
We can work from supplied Pantone (PMS) references and brand guidelines to achieve the closest practical colour match. Results vary by material and decoration method, so exact colour reproduction cannot always be guaranteed.
9. Do you provide artwork assistance?
Yes. We can assist with artwork preparation, logo placement and suitable branding options. Any additional design or setup charges will be discussed where applicable.
10. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
